Returns & Exchanges

We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable/digital products
  • Personal care items

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
  • Returns sent after 7 days will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank for processing delays

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at support@kivotime.com.

Shipping returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
